Kinds of Information We Collect From Our Customers
The personally identifiable information we collect facilitates the delivery of products and services to our customers. In providing these products and services, we require our customers to provide personally identifiable information such as company name, address, telephone number, etc. If a customer sends us personal correspondence, such as e-mails or letters, we may collect such information in a file specific to you.
How We Use the Information We Collect
We internally use personally identifiable information about our customers to improve our marketing and promotional efforts, statistically analyze site usage, improve our content and product offerings, and customize our site's content and layout. We believe these uses allow us to improve our site and provide better service to our customers. We may occasionally use a customer's e-mail address and, in rare situations mailing address or phone number to contact a customer regarding administrative matters or notices. We may use information in the file we maintain about a customer to resolve disputes and troubleshoot problems.
Disclosure of Your Information
We respect our customers' privacy and, therefore, we will not sell or otherwise intentionally release any of our customers' personal information to any third party. We will, however, cooperate with all law enforcement inquiries. We will disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials when required to comply with a court order or cooperate with law enforcement officials in the conduct of a criminal investigation. We will also disclose required customer information to comply with regulatory requirements.
Managing Your Personal Information
Customers always have the option of removing their contact information from our databases if they decide they no longer wish to receive future communications or to participate in any other part of our service. To do so, complete submitting the Contact Us form. We reserve the right to maintain training records to comply with regulatory requirements.

Pricing Policy
Prices are subject to change without notice. The prices shown online supersede all previous prices. We reserve the right to correct misprints.
Refund Policy
Online course purchases are non-refundable after 90 days from the date of purchase. Once a course is listed as In Progress or Cancelled, it cannot be refunded or transferred. To receive a refund for any course not started within 90 days of purchase, complete and submit the Course Refund form within two business days before the expiration date. Credit will be issued as a refund to the credit card used to make the purchase. Complete and submit the Transfer Enrollment form to transfer enrollment from one participant to another.
Classroom course purchases are non-refundable up to two business days before the day of the course. To receive a refund, complete the Course Refund form a minimum of two business days before the day of the course. Complete and submit the Transfer Enrollment form to transfer enrollment from one participant to another.
For purchases made through contracts, refer to individual contracts' refund, transfer, and cancellation terms.
Each training unit reserves the right and is responsible for refusing any refund where there has been an abuse of these policies. All refunds are handled at the discretion of each training unit management.
